SMS Messaging Program
Bow and Bounty, LLC provides optional SMS text messaging for individuals who have consented to receive communications regarding surplus funds inquiries and claims.
Messages may include information relating to a surplus funds inquiry, requested documents, appointment or callback coordination, claim processing, claim status, and other communications directly related to the individual's interaction with Bow and Bounty.
Consent
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to SMS messaging, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Bow and Bounty at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from Bow and Bounty. You may choose another available method of communication, including telephone, email, or mail.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending upon your inquiry, claim, and communications with Bow and Bounty.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile telephone service provider.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
After you send STOP, Bow and Bounty will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
